Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return
▶ Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
▶ Condition of Product: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is not in re-saleable condition.
▶ Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
